Probably because some of the episodes besides the one on Monday, were a bit more grounded after it calm down after the Capture The Flag event, plus some were dull and pretty much like the first week's episodes.
So what were the ratings for the episode (I know I'm asking this again). But yeah I totally agree that all the other episodes after it, weren't as good.

Capture The Flag had 1.06
Thanks. So it had the best ratings so far, and I think I might have been right (that this had the high ratings because of all the advertising)
Sadly for others, it's becoming weak.
I know, I think the show will probably be cancelled sometime within the next 2-2.5 years.
We give it at least between late 2017-2019 or something, i think following after the holiday, we might be able to find out if CN will have the final say on the show's path on whether it should continue after season 3 (if confirmed).
Sometimes, I wonder why the Clarence comics are better then the show.
The episodes of this season are getting lame as I hate to say. Mostly the ones with Clarence's stupidity.

AFAIK, for some of its recent episodes and its ratings have been falling flat, I think over the summertime when the show went on hiatus, it either made some, move away from the show despite of the show's dying fandom, since all this year, the fandom hadn't seen that increase yet, but all it is it's decreasing very dramatically as each episodes lack any memorable moments as well as anything that made the show more appealing, as for the comics, they had nothing much to do with show's canonicity, I mean there fine at the point, but has no root details to show's continuity, rather than what could've been at the point, the only episodes that I find that are inspiring is mostly Sumo related episodes or others like Chelsea, Breehn, etc also, I cannot say for Jeff related ones since it's questionable, most Clarence related is pretty much becoming a tired product that needed more to work on, otherwise it's mostly a bit of caprice.
